Pregnancy Yoga

This is a specifically designed class to suit your changing body - gentle, flowing, relaxing. Combining movement, breath-work and relaxation techniques to help you destress, connect with your baby and prepare for birth.

Suitable from 13 weeks. 

Parent & Baby Yoga

A friendly and laid back class to ease your body back into exercise. Spend time building strength and flexibility, bonding with your baby and connecting with other parents. 

Suitable for babies 6 weeks to 6 months. 


The room is beautiful with warm lighting and cosy features. It is well ventilated and has a maximum number of mats to keep everyone well spaced. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Classes are £7 booked in advance through the website.
